Are you ready to be the go-to tech guru, the problem-solver everyone turns to, and the hands-on hero behind a seamless workplace experience? We’re looking for two Senior IT Support Analysts -one based in Sydney and one in Melbourne - to be the go-to tech experts in their respective Tech Hubs. This is hands-on, varied, and high-impact work across all things workplace technology.
In this role, you’ll enjoy varied work every day, from VC setups and printers to servers and Macs, keeping every day interesting. You’ll have impact and visibility - being the hero staff rely on and seeing the results of your work immediately. You’ll gain exposure to modern tech across cloud, on-prem, hybrid networks, scripting, and AV systems, all while enjoying autonomy and ownership, taking charge, making decisions, and leaving your mark on the national Tech Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, hybrid networks, and workplace technologies.
- Own and manage key Tech Hub systems like JAMF, Poly Lens, Zoom, and AV/VC setups.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for the national Tech Hub team.
- Lead, coach, and uplift team members, sharing expertise to strengthen team capability.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimise meeting room tech, servers, networks, and devices.
- Manage support tickets, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in IT processes.
What you will bring
You’re a hands-on IT professional who thrives on solving problems and keeping technology running smoothly. You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy sharing your expertise to help others grow. In this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in IT support, including troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, Group Policy, AD, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and hybrid environments
- Experience with JAMF, Intune, Azure, AV/VC systems, and scripting (Bash/PowerShell)
- Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, adopting a collaborative, team-oriented culture
