Regulatory Disclosure Specialist - 12-month Max Term

Master Trust I Product Communications

At Insignia Financial, we’re in the middle of a large-scale transformation, bringing multiple product suites together into a single Master Trust structure. We’re looking for someone who can help manage the disclosure documents at the centre of this change.

You’ll be working across complex, regulated documents, thinking through how content fits together, how changes flow across multiple products, and how to deliver it accurately at pace. You’ll be supported by experienced specialists and structured training pathways, including Keystone certification.

If you enjoy structured problem-solving, working with rules and logic, and seeing how small changes can have a big impact, this is a role worth exploring.

The opportunity to join our team

You’ll join our Product Communications team and play a key role in managing and updating regulated disclosure documents across our product suite. You’ll work across a range of documents including PDSs, TMDs, fee brochures and application materials, supporting both BAU updates and larger regulatory change initiatives. Using Objective Keystone (or similar systems), you’ll manage structured content and produce document outputs while contributing to delivery during a high-volume regulatory period. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Legal, Investments and Marketing to ensure changes are accurately reflected and delivered on time.

What you will be doing

  • Updating and maintaining disclosure documents using Keystone or similar content management systems
  • Managing content across multiple documents with a focus on accuracy, consistency and compliance
  • Translating regulatory changes into practical document updates across multiple products
  • Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure quality and adherence to standards
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather inputs, align on changes and meet delivery timelines
  • Maintaining governance requirements and documenting changes appropriately

What you will bring

  • Experience in a regulated environment (super, insurance, investments or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinking - able to break down changes and understand impact across multiple documents
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset (you enjoy working with rules, logic and precision)
  • Experience with Objective Keystone or similar document/content systems
  • Exposure to data or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Experience supporting projects or transformation initiatives
