The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a Planning and Communication Analyst to bring a fresh lens to how we communicate to our operational team, ensuring messaging is clear, purposeful and aligned to what frontline teams need.
Sitting within our Wrap Operations environment, this role supports frontline teams through system, platform and business change along with other important information the team needs to know. This role acts as the central point between Operations and the wider business. You’ll own the end‑to‑end communications experience into Wrap Operations, shaping the timing, format and channels, deciding what lands and when, and ensuring operations is set up for success.
You’ll be trusted to form views, challenge assumptions and influence outcomes, by finding smarter, more effective ways to communicate in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
If you’re confident, ideas‑driven and comfortable operating at pace, this role offers real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You’ll also join a collaborative, supportive team where strong thinking is valued and new ideas are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver clear, engaging communications for operational impact
- Maintain and manage change and communications calendars across BAU and projects
- Work closely with Change Enablement Managers, Delivery Leads and senior Ops stakeholders
- Translate complex system and platform changes into practical, frontline-ready messaging
- Influence across Operations without formal authority
- Continually evolve how and where communications land (email, Teams, cadence updates, wrap sheets)
What you will bring
We’re open to different backgrounds. What matters most is how you think and communicate
- Strong experience in communications, change, operations or delivery environments
- Exceptional written communication skills - clear, concise and confident
- A proactive mindset - you seek information, bring ideas, and challenge the status quo
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities and tight timeframes
- Experience in Financial Services or Superannuation is a bonus
