The opportunity to join our team

We’re on the lookout for someone tech-savvy, curious, and genuinely keen to help others. In this role, you’ll be the face of IT at Insignia Financial—Supporting our people with hands-on help, troubleshooting the tricky stuff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You won’t just fix issues—you’ll be the go-to problem solver who brings clarity, and solutions to the table.

This role is more than just solving tickets. It’s a great opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge, get exposure to a wide range of systems, and work alongside a team that’s big on collaboration, sharing ideas, and backing each other up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in person and remote second-level support for Insignia's systems and applications
  • Jump into the action with our AV and meeting room tech, remote support, and on-site support teams
  • Deliver "Client First" service in line with our core principles
  • Handle helpdesk escalations and work with both internal technical teams and external vendors for resolution
  • Keep procedures up to date and implement process improvements
  • Test and roll out new software to keep us ahead of the game
  • Manage ticket workflow and ServiceNow reporting

What you will bring

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology supporting hardware and users directly.

  • Proven experience in an enterprise IT department, with a strong passion for customer service and technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
  • Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Entra, and Exchange, along with Office Suite proficiency
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security applications
  • Experience with remote site support and backup software
